DELIVERY NOTICE:
Due to an overwhelming volume of orders, we are experiencing a temporary delay in our warehouse for order processing. Your order may take 48 to 72 hours to be dispatched from the warehouse to our delivery partner. We are doing our best to send out your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
All apparel/accessories are fulfilled from a different warehouse to our footwear. If your order contains a combination of the above, your order may arrive in two separate deliveries. No additional shipping costs are charged. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if you need any assistance or have any concerns.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Get free delivery on all orders over NZD$149, or $14.99 for orders under NZD$149. Once your order is placed, it is dispatched within 48 hours, and delivered within 10-14 working days. Remote and regional areas may take up to 16 business days for delivery.
If you order over NZD$1000 or more your shipment will incur import duty therefore you will need a client code and are required to pay an import transaction fee. You can find more information about import duty on the New Zealand Customs website: https://www.customs.govt.nz
All New Zealand orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia and delivered using DHL New Zealand, which is a signature required service. If you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected.
